We offer both full and partial property styling packages that deliver exceptional quality design and solve the trickiest of interior problems in just a matter of days. 
Property styling with trio is an investment. It’s our job to make you money by fetching a much higher sale price plus quicker time on the market. 
When you use trio as your secret weapon in selling, expect to see up to $5,000 to $10,000 per $1,000 invested in the styling process. So for a $5,000 spend on styling, that's an extra $25,000 to $50,000 on the sale price in your pocket! 
Our process for property styling to sell is simple, uncomplicated and relaxed. This mirrors our design ethos and the lifestyle we create for our clients and potential buyers. We find beauty in simplicity.

What is the process? 

• Get in touch to book a consultation with a TRIO stylist who will then determine how your home should be best styled for optimum sale. We can also offer you advice on anything extra you can do to get place ready. 

• You’ll then receive a property styling quote outlining the proposed furnishings and styling items that are required for the job.

• Your property styling install is booked. 

• The TRIO team install and style your property to perfection so it’s ready for photoshoot and open home.

• Once your property is sold, a pick up team will remove all items.


How much does it cost?

Property styling starts from $2000 for a one bedroom apartment, and on average, properties styled by trio fetch an extra $50,000 - $200,000 more than vendor reserve.


What are the payment terms? 

We require upfront payment 4 days prior to installation.  


How long is the PROPERTY STYLING campaign for? 

The standard term is for 4 weeks with 2 weeks free. Although rarely required, extensions are available.

How do you pick styling items? 

As experienced stylists we take location, market and the overall architectural features of the property into consideration when specifying styling items. We’ll then pull together a cohesive design based on stock availability, agents marketing strategy and our own expert design knowledge. We own all our own stock which makes sourcing much more of a luxury and very streamlined. 

Does PROPERTY styling really make a difference?

Yes! Remember we are styling specifically to sell and our number one goal is to get you the absolute top sale price. By showing off a property in the best light with the right scale and selection of furniture we are constantly seeing higher than expected prices achieved for our clients. 


Can I use my own furniture?

Yes, we do offer partial property styling packages that can work in and around your existing furniture and families needs during sale time. We will be honest with you and impart our expert advice as real estate industry professionals and experienced interior designers and stylists. 


How much notice do you need? 

2-3 weeks notice prior to the property going to market is ideal.

We offer pre-sale consultations that cover everything you need to maximise your property best for sale including room design and layouts, de-clutter advice, how to style best with your exisiting furnishings and the final touches that'll give your home the extra edge. 

We can even suggest paint colours and new floor coverings if you're that way inclined. This is your chance to hit us up with all those questions that have been swirling around your head.

We style properties on the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore, Sydney, Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and Hills District.


Need help with moving or storage?

We can offer removals and storage with our very own removals team and trusted storage partners. If you would like your exisiting furnishings removed and stored for the duration of the campaign we can facilitate a smooth transition with our removals and storage partners to happen in the one easy move on installation day. 

TRIO style co delivered seamless property styling to our home, prior to going on the market for sale. Whilst we didn’t require the entire property to be re-styled, the team were able to work their magic, bringing in key pieces and styling to form a cohesive space in a matter of days.
